Due to COVID-19 BOMBBEY is not offering exchanges, returns, or refunds on any items purchased on our website. We do value our customers and want to provide satisfaction, so please view these shopping tips before purchasing :

SIZING: Sizes displayed on garments are only for reference. Customers are responsible for choosing the correct size based on reference model, garment material, and sizing knowledge from previous purchases of similar items. 

MATERIAL DETAILS: Please view the materials used to create each garment. Different materials provide more/less stretch depending on the item. It is the customers responsibility to be aware of this information prior to purchasing. 

COLORS: Garments may lose their color or clothing quality upon washing. It is the customers responsibility to read and follow care instructions attached to the item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
